But we eventually realize that resistance only taxes our emotional energy and doesn’t resolve the situation.  Finally exhausted emotionally and mentally we surrender to the new experience and begin to accept that this is the new way of life for us.
Again we feel some relief at this point.
In our example the cells are beginning to separate a little and experience the fluid environment between them to see what it is like.
